Join Me in Faxing Congress to Stop Fascist ObamaCare and Obey Their Oath of Office

The Fascists and Lobbyists are calling Congress continuously to Vote Against the Constitution and For Fascist National "Health Care"!

Please contact me to give me your name and district info (US Rep district #, zip-code, county, address, whatever), so that I can add you to the list of senders instructing and advising our elected officials to ignore the bankers, corporations, and their lobbyists and minions in the White House; to vote against and stop any unconstitutional acts; and to investigate those officials that are violating their oaths and betraying their constituents, our country, and all of us.

Now is the time to renew our efforts to contact our Representatives and Senators on your behalf and tell them to reject the Illegal, Un-Constitutional, Socialized, Abortion-Funding, Taxing-and-Arresting, End-of-Life-Counseling, Insurance- and Pharmaceutical-Company-Pleasing, Criminally Fraudulent "Health" Care Bill.

Body of Faxed Message

RE: I Instruct You to Stop National HealthCare and Obey Your Oath!

I Instruct you to Stop both the current healthcare plan on the table and plans of using the reconciliation process to make it even easier to sell out America to special interests, including Big Pharma and the Major Insurance companies.

DON'T VIOLATE YOUR OATH OF OFFICE WHEREIN YOU SWORE TO DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION AGAINST ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC.

SCRAP THE CURRENT HEALTH CARE PLAN!

ANY SUCH FEDERALLY IMPOSED HEALTH CARE PLAN IS OUTSIDE THE LIMITED POWERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!

FORCING AMERICAN PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES TO PARTAKE IN A SERVICE AGAINST THEIR WILL IS NOT COMMERCE BUT TYRANNY!

INVESTIGATE THE COLLUSION AMONG CORPORATE INTERESTS AND CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS TO VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION OPENLY AND WITH CONTEMPT FOR OUR RIGHTS!

Americans rightly reject any socialized or mandated plan that takes away each one's right to choose (by including a public option; or individual mandates; or imposition of fines, taxes, and/or prison time).

Americans rightly reject any unconstitutional seizure of power that dramatically increases the reach and size of the federal government. We want less government - not more!

The American voters want actions in Congress that are constitutional and that do not sell our country out to banks and corporations!

We are watching your actions in Congress:

Either you will fulfill your oath of office and defend us against these assaults by special-interests, banks, corporations, their lobbyists, and the sell-out traitors among you that are violating their oaths and assisting in the assaults upon their constituents' rights and property,

Or you will join in the ranks of the piratical plunderers that are robbing and enslaving your constituents and all Americans in the service of the anti-American banking, pharmaceutical, chemical, insurance, and penal industries.

Americans are not obliged to obey illegal, unconstitutional acts. We will be working to impeach and/or indict the officials that have conspired to deprive us of our God-given, constitutionally protected rights and freedoms, including life, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness.

Joe Bellis - My response to President's State of the Union Address"

I have given thought to how to respond the President's State of the Union address last night. There was so much wrong with that I just can't comment. I can only say that this is the speech The President should have given last night.

"Madame Speaker, Vice President Biden, members of Congress, justices of the Supreme Court, distinguished guests, and fellow Americans, good evening:

Our Constitution declares that I shall from time to time give the Congress information of the State of the Union and recommend for their consideration such measures I shall judge necessary and expedient. It is this event that brings us together tonight.

The State of Union is grim and we, the Congress and I, all to blame for that. So starting now, things are going to change.

First, stop with the applause. Our nation is suffering and doesn't want hear your applause.

Secondly, sit down, listen and open your minds, as you are about to hear concepts never before made from this podium.

Third, let's get down to business.

Join Me in Faxing Congress to Reject the Illegal, Un-Constitutional, Socialized "Health" Care Bill

I faxed the following message to several US Representatives and Senators, in my name, and in the name of others that agree.

Please let me know if you want me to send similar faxes to the some or all of the Representatives and Senators on your behalf. Join me in telling them to reject the Illegal, Un-Constitutional, Socialized, Abortion-Funding, Taxing-and-Arresting, End-of-Life-Counseling, Insurance- and Pharmaceutical-Company-Pleasing, Criminally Fraudulent "Health" Care Bill.

Body of Faxed Message

RE: REJECT Illegal, Un-Constitutional, Socialized "Health" Care!

You can Still Stop the Attempt to Force Socialized Health Care with Government-Mandated Health Insurance on American Men and Women and Businesses.

The Plans currently being Pushed by the Democratic Leadership on Behalf of Major Insurance and Pharmaceutical Companies would Impose Rationing through Un-Elected Committees; Force All Americans to Buy High-Priced, Low-Quality, Politically-Created Health Insurance; Establish "End-of-Life" Panels that Recommend Despair and Death; Create an Economically Unsustainable Government-Run Insurance Plan that Will Force Small, Private Companies out of Business; Use Taxpayer Funds to Insure Illegal Aliens; and Impose Economy-Crushing Taxes and Liberty-Killing Prison-Terms.

In Pursuing this Illegal, Un-Constitutional, Corporate-Monopoly-Building Bill, the Tactics for Obtaining Support for this Bill have been Secrecy, Back-Room Deals, Extortion, "Cash for Cloture," and Other Illegal Political Pay-Offs -- Exposing the Bald-Faced Lies that the Health-Care Debates would be Open and Transparent, and Ignoring the Polls showing that the Majority of Americans are OPPOSED to ANY Attempts to Impose Government-Controlled and Mandated Health-Care.

In Your Oath of Office, You Swore to Defend the Constitution Against All Enemies Foreign and Domestic, Including Those that Bribe Elected Officials for Their Own Interests.

Who is Joe Bellis?

My name is Joe Bellis; I am a 32 year resident of the state of Kansas. I have been interested in politics since I was a teenager. My journey through the political spectrum has been guided by the insight of many great leaders. I have taken the conviction of Goldwater, the candor of Truman and the values of Reagan to develop a political philosophy that is unique in today's political landscape.

I have come to the understanding that our current two-party system is broken. The candidates for both of the parties lie through their teeth and promise anything they can to get elected (or re-elected). Once the election is over, business as usual is the theme. They represent only their own interests.

Al Cronkrite - Conniving To Win: It's a Losing Plan

Barring a major revolt in the electorate, the coroner may soon be called to determine the cause of the death of the American Democratic Republic. The Constitution is no longer a binding document in the high circles of our government. Instead its mandates are considered anachronistic and no longer applicable to our current situation. Yes, once in a while it is dragged out and its passages are sited but only to support some predetermined position.

My Biblical studies have taught me that obedience is the primary desire of King Jesus and, as a result I believe, all politicians should be obedient to their oath to obey the Constitution. When they are unable to do so they should resign or be voted out of office. At the present time this would require that our President and almost all of our congressmen and senators with the exception of Texas Representative Ron Paul be voted out of office.

Open Letter to Congress - Vote NO to HR 984 the Grassroots Muzzle

Congressman/Congresswoman:

Democrats claim by that party designation to be for democracy, which demands grassroots participation on a large scale for that name to have any good meaning at all.

Republicans claim by that party designation to be for a republican form of government, which is to have fair and equitable laws that preserve the personal rights and freedoms of citizens, even the weakest.

Requiring small, private groups to meet lobbyist requirements of huge multi-national corporations, whose gross usurpations of power have been so successful precisely due to the lack of clear communication to the voters, is a major step toward cementing their unbridled dreams of complete fascist control over our lives.

Such a direct affront to the growing desire by voters to participate in the democratic processes of this (once) great republic will necessarily result in open non-compliance (civil disobedience) to an openly un-Constitutional and anti-Constitutional "statute."

Vote NO to HR 984 and its muzzle on grassroots activism or prove to your constituents that your oath to uphold the US Constitution was a lie.

Letter to an Editor - Are you Honest or Crook?

Dear Pat,

I agree wholeheartedly that government can't run squat. Where I disagree is in your seeming confusion about the definition of CONSERVATIVE. So what really is the definition?

For six generations my family has identified Conservatives and Republicans as synonymous. Now, six years after putting Conservatives (Republicans) into complete control (President, Senate, House, and 7 of 9 Supremes), where are we? We have seen four raises in the debt ceiling, from $4.5 trillion to $8.7 trillion. We now have a global trade deficit that defies mathematics, common sense, and even liberal comprehension. We have seen an insane push by Bush to expand this deficit to the include the globe. We have heard of plans to merge Mexico, the US, and Canada under the North American Union and build a superhighway for China and Wal-Mart's convenience. We have witnessed a was on terror overseas and a wide-open welcome mat at our borders, both north and south.

Is there anyone in rural America naive enough to believe that "Conservative" political pressure from Bush and company didn't influence our judicial system in Pickett v. IBP and the Checkoff decisions?

Missing $100 bills measured by the ton or by the plane-load and no-bid contracts amounting to nearly $260 billion don't seem "Conservative" to me.

In your Jan. 26 editorial you talked about a doctrine that could possibly shut down - or "muzzle" - "Conservative" talk shows. But I would argue that under Jewish (Abramoff) control, our Senators, life Burns and Brownback, are not muzzled but BOUGHT!

Chuck Baldwin - Is 2008 The Year Conservatives Abandon The GOP?

It is no hyperbole to say that conservatives throughout America are extremely disappointed and disillusioned with the national Republican Party. This discouragement is only deepened as they peruse the field of prominent candidates being trotted out as "frontrunners."

It appears that conservatives will be asked to choose between the chameleon Mitt Romney, the pro-amnesty-for-illegal-aliens John McCain, and philanderers Newt Gingrich and Rudy Giuliani. A few conservatives seem slightly excited that former Tennessee senator Fred Thompson is mulling entrance into the presidential race. However, a closer inspection of his voting record finds him to be just another globalist neocon, who would do little to change things in Washington, D.C. For example, Americans for Better Immigration gives him a puny career grade of "C."

The Republican Party's unwillingness to advance a genuine conservative has left millions of grassroots Republicans on the verge of leaving the GOP. For example, a poll at the recent CPAC meeting found the "overwhelming majority of conservatives displeased with the leadership of the Republican Party, and most conservatives scowl at the thought of having to vote for Rudoph Giuliani, John McCain, or Mitt Romney."

In fact, the displeasure of grassroots conservatives with the GOP manifested itself in the creation of the Conservative Exodus Project (CEP), which was formed immediately following the recent CPAC meeting. According to organizers, CEP "is a vehicle for conservatives to leave the GOP if a real conservative presidential candidate is not chosen in 2008." Members pledge either to not vote, or to vote third party (e.g. Constitution Party).

Topic: Chuck Harder: Witness to the Success of the American Dream and its Engineered Demise

The following was taken from Chuck Harder's Biography Page:

"Chuck Harder began his radio career during high-school as a teen-age disc-jockey at WRMN, Elgin, Illinois and other local stations. Later he moved to Chicago at Gorden McLendon's famous WYNR 1390 AM top-40 outlet, then moved into national radio and TV production. Later in 1979 Chuck started in talk-radio at WPLP and WNSI in Tampa Bay, Florida and then moved to WFLA, Tampa then WMCA, New York and NBC Talknet.

"Most of Harder's shows contained calls from consumers relating to financial problems or trouble with products, government bureaus, and so forth. Soon Chuck became disillusioned with what he called the "velvet hammer" of corporate-media program directors that advised as to what were "taboo topics." Determined to tell listeners what he found to be accurate, Chuck soon turned to syndicating his broadcast nationwide by satellite under the umbrella of a non-profit organization.
Radio Ad - Joseph Martin - Retake Your State and Country - Vote Reform!

[Radio Ad MP3] [All Radio Ad MP3s]

Many Kansas voters have been disappointed by the choices they have had on the ballot, and they have chosen to be counted among those who do not vote at all. The Reform Party of Kansas has real Kansans on the ballot who are not running to please corporations or special interests but rather to serve the needs of Kansas families and small businesses.

I'm Joseph Martin, running for Secretary of State. I will demand honest, verifiable elections with real, countable ballots. I will work to make sure only legal Kansas residents can register to vote. I will reduce costs in the Secretary of State's office in order to lower the fees paid by Kansas businesses as much as possible.

Kansas voters, show the career politicians that you are ready to retake your state and country. Vote Reform! Vote for Joseph Martin for Secretary of State and for our other Reform Party of Kansas candidates on the ballot.

Radio Ad - Joseph Martin - Don't Waste Your Vote on Career Politicians - Vote Reform!

Many voters are not happy with the erosion of our Constitutionally protected rights. The political power in Kansas and in Washington, D.C., has been shared almost exclusively by Republicans and Democrats, many of whom receive substantial contributions from the lobbyists of major corporations while ignoring the urgent needs of their constituents.

Don't waste your vote on career politicians that benefit personally from serving international corporations. Vote Reform! Vote for Joseph Martin for Secretary of State and for our other Reform Party of Kansas candidates on the ballot.

Radio Ad - Roger Tucker - Why Reward Politicians that are Destroying America?

[Radio Ad MP3] [All Radio Ad MP3s]

Why are we losing thousands of good paying factory jobs to the competition of foreign factories that employ workers who traditionally have never experienced the right to bargain for a higher standard of living as our Constitution has given American labor the right? It is all tied in with those free trade agreements such as NAFTA and CAFTA, and we keep letting them do it. We keep voting for the same Republicans and Democrats who have set up those free trade agreements to make American economic standards compete against exploited workers who have never known the liberty afforded by our Constitution. When will it end?

We must stop rewarding those same politicians with a return to office. We must stop rewarding both Republicans and Democrats and anyone else who can’t seem to understand what America is all about as Abraham Lincoln did, and as John F. Kennedy did and thousands of other patriots who have been willing to sacrifice so that we might have that gift of liberty in America that is the unalienable right of all mankind, but so rare in the world.

Bob Dacy - Republican Linked to Chinagate, Media Empire, and Voting Machines Running for Congress

"Chinagate was all about agents of the communist Chinese government and rocket industry funneling cash into President Clinton's re-election campaign in exchange for technology transfers that gave them the ability to launch and target intercontinental ballistic missles against the United States. One of the conduits for that cash was Johnny Chung. DOJ attorney Michael McCaul did indeed "prosecute" Chung, but McCaul agreed to a sentence of probation and community service. The truth: McCaul , while working for Janet Reno, let this smaller fish go and failed to go after the bigger fish." - Bob Dacy

Press Release - Candidate, Veteran Ranzau Not Welcome in Debates

To members of the media:

During the rhetoric filled "debate" held at the State Fair between Governor Sebelius and Senator Burnett, the Governor made two comments that may give hope to other gubernatorial candidates left out of the debate.

The Governor stated that she was disappointed in voter turnout because "politics is not a spectator sport" and suggested that people need to get involved. Additionally, she stated that she supports the men and women who serve this country in the military.

Richard Ranzau, the Reform Party candidate for governor and veteran of the Persian Gulf and Iraq Wars, spoke with the Governor after the debate.

Buoyed by the Governor's comments, Richard asked her what actions she was willing to take to ensure that he, a veteran of two wars, would be allowed to participate in future debates, and thus fully participate in the election process.

The Governor feebly responded by saying that it was not up to her to decide who would be allowed in the debates. When Richard reminded her that she was the Governor and suggested that she demonstrate some leadership in this area, she quickly avoided the question and sought refuge amongst her supporters.

So much for supporting veterans and encouraging participation in politics.

Essential Issues: Evils With Which There Can Be No Tolerance Or Compromise

Anyone who believes there is no objective reality will probably be comfortable within the Democrat Party or the Republican Party or both, so hopefully everyone interested in the Reform Party will be able to agree that there are objective truths that are true even if nobody believes them, and are right even if everyone says they are wrong.

Why Reform Eminent Domain?

[This Post|Printable PDF|Printable Flyers]

Eminent Domain is the issue at our doors today. We know that "the power to tax is the power to destroy." A more direct and immediately destructive power is the power to condemn private property with Eminent Domain. The current abuse of Eminent Domain for private development calls for Reform! The Reform Party of Kansas is against the use of Eminent Domain for private development.

In a government "for the people, of the people, and by the people," the power of Eminent Domain in the hands of our elected officials must be carefully scrutinized by the electorate and only tolerated with great trepidation and disappointment that a mutually satisfactory agreement could not be reached - and then only for obviously public works.

The attempt to use Eminent Domain to condemn Jerry's Bike Shop did not come from the people. It came from the efforts of a private developer that could have directly negotiated with an existing, well-established, 25-year old Topeka business, or that could have adjusted their plans to work around such a business. To see this developer instead take their case to the city government with designs to become successful with another person's property and with "forward-looking" promises to the city of increased revenue is beyond words!
