The Reform Party of Kansas is , and has been, continuously affiliated nationally, [as of September 2014,] with the Reform Party National of which Joy Holt is currently Vice Chair. The Reform Party National is considered by the Reform Party of Kansas as the legitimate unbroken continuation of the national political party founded in 1997 as the RPUSA, and is also identified as the 2007 prevailing litigant party in the unappealed Federal trademark litigation adjudicated in Florida Northern District case 4:05-cv-00426 with prevailing National Secretary Blare presenting in privity for the national political party which is currently also known as Reform Party National ; and while the RPUSA trademark [remains] is back in federal litigation , the [whose] outcome of any RPUSA trademark litigation and any associated RPUSA trademark assignment is not determinative of the Reform Party of Kansas national political affiliation ,which remains as stated herein, Reform Party National, and is at the discretion of the Reform Party of Kansas irrespective .
