Emergency Alert! Instruct Senators to Vote NO on O-No-Care S.1796 The Healthy Family Act (The Happy Insurance Companies Act)

[This Page|Printable PDF Flyer|Text from O-No-Care S.1796]

Stop S.1796 The Healthy Family Act (aka The Happy Insurance Companies Act aka ObamaCare aka PelosiCare)!

Regarding coverage of abortions: It assures that there will be at least one plan that covers abortions that are prohibited from receiving federal funding! Nice contradiction in a federal bill.

Regarding the power of Congress to impose this fascist assault on our liberties and the Constitution: Pelosi said (of course) that the power is from the "Commerce Clause", and yet I do not see any reference to employers or employees being involved in interstate commerce or not.

  1. Call your SOBs (Servants Of Bankers) at 877 SOB U SOB - Call once for each Senator: ask by name and/or state.
  2. Tell his/her staffer that you are instructing the Senator to vote against this unconstitutional assault upon our personal rights and liberties, upon the privacy of Americans and our employers, and upon state sovereignty.
  3. Tell the staffer that residents and businesses in your state are not the slaves of the federal government, and that they will not be obliged to follow this unconstitutional seizure of power that was never granted to the federal government.
  4. Tell the staffer that you will work to instruct your state legislators to oppose enactment of this unconstitutional, illegal act in your state, and also to instruct them to impeach any Senator from your state that supported or voted for this assault upon the very Constitution that every Senator swears an oath to defend and uphold.

Call 877 SOB U SOB early and often to instruct our SOBs in D.C.

Emergency Alert! NAIS Funding Sped Through House and Now in Senate! Contact Senators Now!

[This Page|Printable PDF Flyer]

Every Thursday for the past 6 Months, Government Officials have raided homes and businesses -- sometimes at Gunpoint, sometimes with a Warrant, and sometimes with nothing more then the burly bodies that intimidate those about to be oppressed.

Some cases of oppression by NAIS and government enforcers that deserve much wider attention: Stowers, Greg Niewendorp, Steve Hixon, Emmanuel Miller, Paul Griepentrog, Sharon Palmer. The oppressors plan to oppress us all.

Today -- Thursday of course -- H.R. 1105 is awaiting assignment to Committee in the U.S. Senate. It stands poised to allocate $289 million to APHIS for the implementation of the National Animal Identification System. It also outlines the time frame to implement in 2009 the tracking of 33 species.

http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d111:HR01105:@@@X

The treacherous U.S. House managed to pass this "Omnibus 2009" in 24 hours, and we have no reason to believe that the U.S. Senate will not pass it quickly and eagerly as well.

What are you going to do? We as living human beings do not go to the polls to elect officials to represent Multi-National Corporations or Lobbyists paid by groups attempting to get their piece of the pie.

THE LARGEST UNPAID LOBBYIST GROUP IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS SITTING IN THAT CHAIR IN FRONT OF THE KEYBOARD! YOU BELONG TO IT!

Contact your Elected Officials and related Organizations -- as many as you can right now, today, and for the next several days.

The first person to contact is AgSec@USDA.gov and then your U.S. Senators.

Call Congressional switchboard at (202) 224-3121. Ask for Pat Roberts (KS) and then Sam Brownback (KS). Find complete contact info at http://www.visi.com/juan/congress/.

The message is simple:

  • We don't want -- and we will not comply with -- the National Animal Identification System.
  • We do not want H.R. 1105 out of Senate Committee.
  • We do not want H.R. 1105 passed by the Senate, either by itself or together with other bills.
  • NAIS is an assault on our food supply and our economy.
  • NAIS is an unconstitutional assault on our Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.
  • NAIS subjugates our production, selling, distribution, purchasing, and consumption of food to the whims of beaurocrats and agents of a government that is more interested in serving multi-national corporations and trading organizations than in upholding and defending the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
  • We want it stopped! Stop it on Friday 27, 2009!

Then call (202) 224-3121 and complain to your Representatives that the fast-tracking of the "Omnibus" Bill was unconscionable, un-Constitutional, and a betrayal of all Americans: Jerry Moran (KS-1st), Lynn Jenkins (KS-2nd), Dennis Moore (KS-3rd), or Todd Tiahrt (KS-4th).

President Bush should enact this legislation by 5/19/2008. By 5/28/2008, the U.S.A. Congress and President Bush should enact the Absolute Advantage Foreign Trade Policy (at least for Mexico) explained below in Urgent Issues 2 and 3.

WHO:

  • Representatives of groups/organizations (with 100 or more voters) should visit these Senators'/Representatives' offices in person.

HOW:
Demand a prompt written response to the following urgent issues by USA Congress and the following legislative actions:

  • UNCAP AND DRILL U.S.A. OIL WELLS: By 4/17/2008 US Senate, and by 4/18/2008, US House, should pass a bill providing a "price-support" (tax credits, etc.) of $25 to $30/barrel of oil and $4.00/1,000 cu. ft. of natural gas; and that adds incentives to increase U.S. oil refinery capacity. This would prevent OPEC monopoly (CARTEL) from dropping its prices below these price supports to stop or greatly reduce U.S. domestic oil/natural gas production, as it did at $10.00/barrel in 1998. President Bush should sign this bill by 4/21/2008, and it should require him to have his Departments of Interior, Agriculture, and Bureau of Land Management on 4/22/2008 to start proper increased leases for oil/natural gas production on most or all of Federal Lands in several western states (e.g. Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico) and other USA states, especially on Gull Island and other parts of Alaska's North Slope Petroleum Reserve separately west of Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). One to three months after President Bush signs this bill, these actions should greatly start increasing our domestic oil/natural gas reproduction from private and federal the lands in these USA states and off-shore in Gulf of Mexico and USA West and Southeast Coast waters - ESPECIALLY from ALASKA'S LONG-CAPPED Gull Island Well. In a year or so. this should reduce our oil imports from 60% to 20% or so (most from Mexico) of our oil consumption, with NO IMPORTS from IRAQ MIDEAST/OPEC monopoly. Exports of Alaskan/Other USA oil and natural gas production should be prohibited.

The American people defeated the illegal alien amnesty bill. Just as important for our sovereignty and general welfare is to not allow our citizens to become taxed and controlled by foreigners far and away beyond the laws of our Constitution. We need to now, along with everything else, defeat L.O.S.T.

Action Alert - Call Senators - AMNESTY VOTE DELAYED UNTIL MONDAY!

2007-05-21 06:00
2007-05-21 17:59
US/Central

Tell Your Senators to Vote NO on Cloture!

This could be the most important alert you have received from Eagle Forum! The Senate negotiations on an immigration bill continue at this moment. Because a deal could not be reached by Wednesday, the vote on cloture (whether to proceed to the amnesty bill) has been delayed until Monday. This means you have until Monday evening to be as active as you have ever been on any policy issue!

Senate negotiators, led by Republican Jon Kyl and Democrat Ted Kennedy, are working toward a bill that will legalize the millions of illegal aliens in our country and will likely increase immigration at the same time. Although we have not seen the language of the bill (expected to be over 1,000 pages long, according to Sen. Jeff Sessions), we can almost be certain that it will be worse than last year's Kennedy-McCain-Hagel-Martinez amnesty. Why else would the text of the bill be held so secretly? Why does Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) want to ram through perhaps the most far-reaching legislation ever voted on in the Senate without committee hearings and with little more than a week's debate? The answer is they know their bill is amnesty and they know the American people don't want it!
