I faxed the following instruction/admonition to several US Senators, in my name, and in the name of others that agree.

Please let me know if you want me to send similar faxes to the some or all of the senators on your behalf. Join me in telling Senators that a Traitorous Bill is not "Constitutional" just because a few officials tell Bald-Faced Lies that it is.

You Can Still STOP the Un-Constitutional, Socialist, Insurance-Company-Serving, Care-Rationing, End-of-Life-Counseling, Un-Affordable Health Care Bill.

An Un-Constitutional Bill that Attempts to Impose Mandatory Personal Choices with Heavy Taxes and Punitive Fines and Prison Terms Outside the Limited Federal Powers Defined in the Constitution Does Not Become “Constitutional” simply because Bald-Faced Liars Say So.

• To Senators other than Harry Reid:
  You must have known that Harry Reid's “Cash For Cloture” Scheme was Illegal, and you were Right. Here is at least one federal law that he violated:

  Your “Cash For Cloture” Scheme to pass the Un-Constitutional Health Care Bill was not just Un-Ethical; it was also Illegal:

US Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter 29, Section 597:

Whoever makes or offers to make an expenditure to any person, either to vote or withhold his vote, or to vote for or against any candidate; and

Whoever solicits, accepts, or receives any such expenditure in consideration of his vote or the withholding of his vote:

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if the violation was willful, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

It is outrageous that Senator Harry Reid would openly bribe US Senators to violate their oath of office with our own tax money, and on Christmas Eve, no less, so that vigilant Americans must choose between family gatherings and instructing treacherous officials. And Harry Reid then stated publicly that there must be "Something Wrong" with any Senators that didn't accept his bribes of specially and Un-Constitutionally appropriated "pork."

  Harry Reid shamelessly admitted that he believes that "there is Something Wrong" with any senator that didn't benefit from his "pork-fest" of buying treacherous, oath-violating votes with US TaxPayers' money.

• To Senator Harry Reid:
  Shame on You, Harry Reid! You Lobby Our Elected Officials to Vote Against Our Interests and Against Their Oath of Office to Defend the Constitution Against Domestic Enemies, Like Yourself. You Bribe Our Elected Officials With Special Appropriations, Which is Un-Constitutional. You Publicly State of Senators who Heroicly Rejected Your Treacherous Bribes that "There is Something Wrong With Them."

"Something Wrong" with Obeying Your Oath of Office?! By corollary, that means that accepting Treacherous Un-Constitutional Bribes is "Something Good."

I faxed the following admonition against voting for ObamaCare/ObamaSCare/O-No-Care to multiple US Senators, since I heard about a Nebraska Senator getting threatened with the withdrawal of a military base from his state if he didn't support it.

The Imposition of any Mandatory National Health System upon all Americans and American Businesses would be Outside the Limited Powers of the Federal Government and therefore Un-Constitutional.

Even if Not Mandatory, the Collection of Taxes for such a System and the Allocation of Federal Funds and Resources to Implement such a System would be Outside the Limited Powers of the Federal Government and therefore Un-Constitutional.

Every Thursday for the past 6 Months, Government Officials have raided homes and businesses -- sometimes at Gunpoint, sometimes with a Warrant, and sometimes with nothing more then the burly bodies that intimidate those about to be oppressed.

The treacherous U.S. House managed to pass this "Omnibus 2009" in 24 hours, and we have no reason to believe that the U.S. Senate will not pass it quickly and eagerly as well.

What are you going to do? We as living human beings do not go to the polls to elect officials to represent Multi-National Corporations or Lobbyists paid by groups attempting to get their piece of the pie.

• We don't want -- and we will not comply with -- the National Animal Identification System.
• We do not want H.R. 1105 out of Senate Committee.
• We do not want H.R. 1105 passed by the Senate, either by itself or together with other bills.
• NAIS is an assault on our food supply and our economy.
• NAIS is an unconstitutional assault on our Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.
• NAIS subjugates our production, selling, distribution, purchasing, and consumption of food to the whims of beaurocrats and agents of a government that is more interested in serving multi-national corporations and trading organizations than in upholding and defending the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
• We want it stopped! Stop it on Friday 27, 2009!
